This is not intended to be named after the kick ass Italian band, yet titled with the phrase the band named themselves after. "Lacuna Coil" in Italian is similiar to "Endless Spiral" in English.

Ah, I knew somewhere, despite the severity of the awesomeness displayed by my favourite band, there was good fractal art with the title Lacuna Coil.
With no affiliation to the band, only with the title.

Good job, this is beautiful.

Thank you. Not only am I glad you liked it, but I'm also glad that someone on this site actually wrote a comment intelligent enough to let me know that you actually looked at it and decided not to say the typical "I like it" that everybody else does.

Oh you're definitely welcome. Usually when something like this catches my eyes, i'll read the comments to see why the user posted it and possibly what significance it has to them.

Well, thank you again. I haven't been on here for a while, and I just got a comment on a poem that was just "I like it". We need more people like you on here.
That's why I'm moving my stuff to MyArtSpace. It's more adult than this. However, this site has it's benefits as well.

I don't really like carbon comments like that at all, or when people just do the whole fave-and-run thing.
I mean, if they like it that much, they MUST have an opinion, right?

That would be my guess.
I've done the fav-and-run thing on a few pictures, but that's when there are a few in the gallery and I post a comment on the main page. If I like someone's work, I make sure they know why.

True.
That is one of many reasons I'm leaving this site. I'm just keeping my art here because it's a decent place to save it and access it from any computer.

I wrote about it in my journal as my last official thing on this site.
